This service did a major renovation of the crawlspace that had been sadly compromised over its 50 years with evidence of rodent infestation and water seepage. They completely tore down and replaced the insulation and the vapor barrier. Installed a sump pump and replaced the compropmised air vents. Once they got started the crew was efficient and took care to disturb the house as little as possible, considering they were hauling old insulation and barrier up and out. All the members of the crew were considerate of the house and made the experience "fun" with a sense of humor thrown in during interactions. I am very pleased with the way things were cleaned up. Nothing was left behind. A dirty job done efficiently, with humor and care. Thank you all.

I found out that my crawlspace was basically a disaster with downed HVAC ducts, some sitting water, downed insulation and rodent activity. I researched companies and found Bloom online.
I liked their website which has a lot of good information, and I took time to read their reviews, which were very good. Working with Bloom Pest Control has been one of the most positive experiences with contract type work I've ever had. From the initial crawlspace inspection, to the final result, the process was professional, with attention to detail. Additionally, they listened to all of my concerns, took time to answer questions and I felt they really cared. Bloom pest control did a significant attic and crawlspace mitigation to remove rodents, redo insulation, and remove a LOT of junk that was left by the previous owners of our new house. They showed up on time, brought a large team to efficiently get the job done. They did a great job and cleaned up well afterwards even with a very messy job. I will definitely go back to bloom IF we need more work done.

We purchased a small cottage with a large garage and back yard that was built in 1948 by a young farmer from Wisconsin who lived in it for the rest of his life. It has a few idiosyncracies and in the midst of installing a vapor barrier in the crawl space which among other things included cutting a hole in the floor of a small room in the back corner of the house in order to access the last bit of it, the crew discovered that one of the idiosyncracies was a gas leak. Other reviews have mentioned the professionalism of the crews. These guys dealt with a bunch of extra challenges (and us) with humor and creativity and obviously got a lot of satisfaction from doing an excellent job and even found time to discuss things with us as the work progressed. And they kept our house from blowing up. Hard to beat that!
